With many of the main companies that supply food centered around long-term storage and multiple portions--which are ideal for having to stay inside for long periods of time-- currently being out of stock or estimating 1-2 months of shipping delays, the pickings seem slim. Whether nationwide food shortages, staying in or a need for quarantine are forefront in your mind, it's a good idea to be prepared to eat no matter the situation. Eating is pretty important, after all, so you should plan on stocking food through the COVID-19 crisis for at least a few weeks. Scope a few resources below, with more to come soon, with solid stock and short shipping delays, if any. While you can always Google or Bing shop for terms like, "emergency food," or, "long-term food," some of those items will appear out-of-stock via a third party supplier, where you can still find them at their actual site!
With plenty of product in-stock, hit Lindon Farms for hearty meals and sides, freeze-dried fruits and veggies (available in bulk) and storage-friendly food kits meant to feed from between days to weeks. 25-year shelf life. And, *commercial voice*, just add water!
Lehman's Food Supply has a lot going on that you can scroll through, but let me go ahead and take you to the freeze-dried section for groceries with shelf lives up to 25 years (including meats!) that come in multiple-portion amounts. Shipping delays are 1-2 weeks, which is better than a lot of the big names out there. Most items in-stock.
There are a lot of useful parts of the site, for but food stocking purposes, start here with 4 Patriots. They have plenty of easy-storage options with a variety of food and meal kits, including long-term... from 72 hours to 3 months! They also offer products to support food self-sustainability. Shelf lives average 10-25 years.
