Daily workouts, yoga sessions, sessions for with or without equipment, targeted workouts-- it's a great opportunity!

Tuesdays at 10 p.m., Fridays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 5 p.m. are the current time slots to get grooving. You'll be asked to donate, but this is optional; participation is free.
These guys are actually pretty baller. Darebee is a nonprofit free global resource with more workouts than you can count. You can filter workouts for working out at home with no equipment, tune into daily challenges, and even partake in full programs.
Use built-in pedometers or free pedometer apps to track your steps throughout the day and get you and your friends' tooshies moving.
